Stephanie and Gabrielle


Two dynamic women have joined forces to create Health with Harmony, LLC. Stephanie and Gabrielle both bring years of experience and education to the table. Together they will help you and your loved ones to create a lifestyle of 'Health with Harmony'.



Stephanie A. Forde, Chef and Coach

Stephanie A. Forde has been a chef for over 20 years. Her passion for baking and cooking developed in her teen years when she became a fitness & "healthy eater" enthusiast.

After years of studying the science of proper nutrition and practicing the art of preparing delicious foods using organic and pure ingredients, she has joined together with a friend and colleague, J. Gabrielle Rabner, to compile their soon to be offered cookbook. Many have enjoyed her culinary creations and now she is ecstatic about sharing her recipes with you and your loved ones.

Stephanie also offers a Coaching program for people with eating disorders. She is currently completing her Certification as a Nutrition & Wellness Consultant. Stephanie is an avid runner and practices power yoga, kickboxing, and strength training. An exercise video is one of Stephanie's current projects. The video will be offered soon on this website.



Gabrielle Rabner, M.S., R.D Nutritionist and Certified Herbalist

J. Gabrielle Rabner, MS RD, is a holistic medical nutritionist who serves as a nutritional practitioner, writer, lecturer and consultant.

Her areas of expertise include nutrition counseling relating to disease prevention, obesity and weight control, aging and nutrition, immune system disorders such as chronic fatigue syndrome, gastrointestinal problems such as reflux and chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease issues and cancer, plus infertility issues and pregnancy problems to promote healing and wellness with whole foods and whole food supplements.

She works with clients to address individually their health, food and nutrition concerns. She takes into consideration how both food and the environment can affect the body’s health -- what you breathe, what you expose your body to, the quality of your food and the stresses put on your body-- to help clients create a healthier food intake and lifestyle. She helps clients balance their body metabolically by educating them on how to burn more calories and increase energy. She recommends herbs to help the body heal itself.

  Gabrielle received her Masters of Science from New York University, is a Registered Dietitian, and a licensed nutritionist in NY State. Gabrielle has made numerous media appearances, including on ABC TV's 20/20, Gary Null's radio program, and Fox TV, and is a contributor of nutrition articles and recipes to newspapers, professional journals and books, including the menus and recipes for various books written by MDs.

Gabrielle is a provider for many insurance companies: Oxford, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Empire and Blue Cross/Shield. Medicare patients must have a diagnosis of Diabetes or pre-Diabetes.
