Design & Development Services

Bellamy Technology & Unique Design will be with you every step of the way throughout the development and implementation of your Web site, and beyond. Whenever possible, we personally meet with you for the planning stage in our Client Meeting, where we discuss your plans and ideas for your Web Site, as well as review your company's established literature. If you are located out of our local area, we will conduct the Client Meeting by phone.

Next we create an initial draft, complete with your design choices, and submit it to you for review and approval. Then the development phases take place. After we have thoroughly tested your site, we present it to you again for final review and approval. We will make any additional changes at that time to ensure that your Web Site truly represents the image you would like to convey for your business or organization.

Note: Since June 2004, all new web site projects have been designed using Cascading Style Sheets(CSS).


Web Site Hosting & Domain Name Registration

We do not host Web sites ourselves at BellamyTech, but we recommend The Master's Software, LLC in Lafayette, NJ for your ISP hosting needs (as low as $7.77 per month paid yearly with $30.00 set up fee). We assist you with domain name registration ($12.00 per year) and making the arrangements to have your site hosted. Please read more on the Hosting Page .

BellamyTech will use File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to transfer your Web Site's files to the host service, and conduct the final Quality Assurance and Cross-Browser Testing of your fully operational site.

Search Engines and Directory Listing Information

We can also advise you about the usage and cost of Search Engine Registration (ranging from $50.00 - $300 per year depending on the amount of exposure you require). We can also provide some additional web site promotion services. Please inquire about this optional service.

As part of our web site package, BellamyTech will optimize your web site html code and we will also provide written documentation about submitting your site to free directories.

Detailed below are the five phases of Web Site development. We work with with you through each phase of the development process, and we always want to know your thoughts and ideas; after all it is Your Business and Your Web Site.

Phase I: Web Site Pre-planning and Client Meeting

Phase II: Web Site Planning, Development & Testing
  • Strategic Planning
    Plan the Web Site structure including navigation
    Create Design Document
  • Present Design Document to Client for discussion and approval

  • Site Development
    Plan Web Page content & structure
    Implement Theme and Color Scheme
    Incorporate Client-provided Text
    Develop Text for client (if required)
    Develop / Format Graphic Content
    Write HTML code for Web pages
  • Quality Assurance Review
    Verify Content
    Review Grammar and Spelling
    Test Navigation and Forms

Phase III: Client Review / Web Site Finalization
  • Provide Client with link to site for review, comments, changes

  • Make any changes requested by Client

  • Provide Client with link to site for final approval

Phase IV: Domain Name Registration & Hosting
  • Register Web Site Domain Name
            Domain Name Registration is an additional charge - $12.00 per year)
  • Recommend Hosting Service (ISP)
            Hosting is an additional charge - Can be less than $125 per year)

  • Contract with Hosting Service
