Personal Note from Amy...
In October 2001, Roy and I adopted the first of three children from Guatemala, our son, Juan Francisco who was 5 1/2. A month later, our daughter, Jazmin Elizabeth, then 6 1/2, came home to live with us. In March 2002, 5 1/2 year old Jaqueline Jazmin finally came home, too.

As of May 2005, Jazmin is 10, and Francisco and Jaqueline are both 9. The children are doing beautifully and they have adapted so easily into our new lives together. All of our kids are just finishing up second grade. Francisco and Jaqueline speak English fluently and are so proud of their ability to read. Jazmin, who is deaf, had a Cochlear Implant 3 years ago and attends a school for the deaf. She can hear now and is beginning to speak. We all have been learning sign language and can communicate wonderfully. Both Fran and Jaq enjoy helping Jazmin with her speech therapy sessions at home.

We are very pleased to have the opportunity to establish a home business which will enable me to continue to expand my technical expertise in computer application development, but also allow me to be at home for our children.
